Perfect location and very comfortable room. Would definitely recommend! Easy communication for the tiny check-in/entering the building difficulties.

Boa estadia, as instruções para entrar no prédio funcionaram perfeitamente. Quarto básico mas confortável, tudo funcionando bem, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, e tem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido incluso. Demos sorte pelo elevador estar funcionando sem cobrar moeda no final de semana, apesar de antigo, funcionando bem. No geral, ótima localidade, perto do centro histórico e restaurantes.

The room is very beautiful and tastefully designed and decorated, very clean, very friendly for two adults and in a good location both for the old city, the Museum and for public transport to all attractions.

Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe lief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft (Zimmer mit eigenem Bad) in einem alter Palazzo ist liebevoll restauriert. Die einst verborgenen Fresken oder Mamor sind freigelegt und geben dem Raum seinen einzigartigen Charme. Ein richtiger “Hingucker” ist der Spiegelcube mit innenliegendem Bad. Auch ein Plus: für Kaffee (und Tee) ist gesorgt. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Checkin ist komplett digital und läuft (auch dank der super Anweisungen) absolut unkompliziert. Top Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Die sehr unterschiedlichen und facettenreichen Stadtviertel sind sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Zug kann man von piazza Cavour auch direkt nach Pompeji fahren. Einziger Hinweis für Leichtschläfer, der Verkehr ist bekanntermaßen chaotisch, trubelig und laut in Neapel und die großen Fenstertüren mit Balkon gehen direkt zur Straße. Wir haben sie nachts geschlossen und über die Klimaanlage die Temperatur und Luft geregelt.

I had none, carried my luggage up six flights, then learned it’s free Sundays. Welcome to the Staircase of Mediocrity.One usable outlet, unreliable Wi-Fi, one sheet, thin walls (I heard my neighbor snore) and a TV that turned itself on twice. Décor: Temu Industrial.The host asked what I wanted. Service. Technology is not hospitality.

Very utilitarian but clean 😀 - Everything worked and it seems like a fairly new place. Very clean. A video detailing check in was sent a couple of days before arrival date. 😞 - This Airbnb had fairly complicated check-in features and I would not recommend it to anyone who has troubles with technology. Also, Naples is a complicated and kind of stressful city, which is not the fault of the Airbnb hosts, but the combination made this a more stressful check-in the normal. For example, the elevator requires Dimes to operate and we ran out of Dimes before we were finished loading so we had to carry our luggage to the fifth floor. Also, there was a computer glitch that prevented us from checking in, which was not our fault. We arrived in the middle of the day on a Saturday and we were able to quickly resolve the issue with a phone call to our hosts. However, if it had been in the middle of the night and they hadn't answered we would have really been in a pickle. The Airbnb is very Spartan. The picture shows 4 pillows but really only 2 were provided. It was accurate in showing that there are no blankets.

Wir kennen Neapel sehr gut und können die Wohnung von Giuseppe von ganzem Herzen empfehlen: sie liegt in der strategisch besten Lage, drumherum gibt es tolle Cafés und Restaurants (Empfehlung Café Volta gleich gegebener der Akademie), man fühlt sich sicher und sie ist sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sauber, der Check in war einfach und Giuseppe ist immer erreichbar! Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung

Una camera davvero incantevole, una piccola sorpresa nel cuore di Napoli! La posizione è comodissima, centrale e ben servita, ma ciò che ci ha conquistate di più è stata l’atmosfera della dimora: tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno, racchiusi in una stanza elegante e curata, con un fascino d’altri tempi.Giuseppe è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sia nell’accogliere le nostre richieste sia nel venirci incontro anche con qualche attenzione extra, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.Sicuramente torneremo! Se passate da Napoli, non fatevi scappare almeno una notte in questa splendida dimora: ne vale davvero la pena.
