Terms and Conditions

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to our official email.
  • The amount will be refunded, minus any cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers).

It is mandatory and amounts to €4.50 per person per night (excluding children under 14 years of age).

  • Available from 2:00 PM.
  • A valid identity document is required for registration.
  • The property offers a virtual reception service.
  • A cot/crib for children aged 0-3 years can be requested free of charge.
  • There are no entry/exit time restrictions.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to allow access to unregistered persons.
  • Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
  • Luggage storage is available, with reservation, via web app or tablet at the entrance.
  • Taxi booking is available via web app or tablet at the entrance.
  • Cleaning service is provided ONLY upon request and must be booked via web app or tablet at the entrance.
  • To contribute to a more conscious use of resources, towels are changed, only upon request, starting from the third day of your stay (i.e. after the first two nights).
  • Bed linen is changed ONLY upon request starting from 6 days of stay.
  • Extra services like daily linen change, are available with surcharge and ONLY upon request.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
  • The use of heaters, electric stoves, or gas stoves is prohibited.
  • Guests are required to turn off lights, air conditioners, and TVs when leaving the room.
  • Quiet hours are between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property.
  • The property is not responsible for disruptions beyond its control (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
